That's because I married my first wife, Patricia Forsyth and we had four sons, Jeffrey (53), Stephen (51), Timothy (43), and Andrew (38.) Tim was killed at age 24 in a fall from a cliff while hiking in the Grand Canyon National Park in November 1993. Jayne and I were married in 1985 and have two children, Matthew (25 on March 3rd) and Brittany ((23 on July 15th). Jayne is 18 years younger than I am. So it seems that my child rearing days span two generations since I have been raising kids for over 50 years! Jayne and I have just completed assisting Britta as she moved into an apartment in Milwaukee. She has earned her BS and MS in Accounting and started her first "real" career job with KPMG, the public accounting firm. So Jayne and I are now officially "empty-nesters." Now I feel like a Grandpa.
